Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us first to discuss the issue and provide proof of purchase. We are here to help as much as possible.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a refund or replacement without requiring you to send the item back. This is a returnless refund and applies only to damaged or defective goods.
Non-damaged returns
If the item is not damaged or defective and you still wish to return it, you may send it back for review. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may still be processing. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@permomix.com.

Shipping
If a return is approved and the item needs to be sent back, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for higher-value items.
